A. Motion to read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1270, relating the use of fireworks and expanding
enforcement of illegal use(Exhibit 1).
VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Motion to approve transfer of land for a sidewalk from Brahman Car Wash (Exhibit 2).
B. Motion to read by title only, approve the first reading and set April 4, 2023, as the final public hearing date for
proposed Ordinance No. 1271, updating the Five-Year Schedule of Capital Improvements to the Comprehensive
Plan. Planning Board recommending approval (Exhibit 3).
C. Discussion on installing historic signs along Downtown Park Street as presented by MainStreet and the Historical
Society.
