Section l. Any person, persons, firm, firms, association or corporation sell- II
- ing any goods, wares or merchandise for human use or cons~mption within the corpor-I
ate limits of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, '!\Then and where such goods, wares, or II
merchandi se are retailed or wholesaled from conveyances which use the streets of II I

salbd City for deli very to the retailer or the consumer of such goods, wares, mer- II

The license and/ or street tax herein provided for shall be due and payable I
on the first day of January of each and every year, and no part year or proportion-
ate license or tax can be paid or accepted, except that after the first day of July I

graph of this section may be paid and accepted for the remainder of such year, and ~ .;
and further nrovided that for the current year: to-with 1930, the license provided I
