A. Comprehensive Plan Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment Application No. 22-
006-SSA, to reclassify from Public Facilities to Single Family Residential on 0.33± acres
located at the corner of SW 3'd Avenue and SW 23'd Street, Lots 6 and 7 of Block 5, ROYAL
OAK ADDITION, Plat Book 1, Page 8, Okeechobee County Public Records - City Planning
Consultant(Exhibit 1).
1. Review Planning Staff Report- recommending approval.
2. Hear from Staff on behalf of the City of Okeechobee.
3. Public comments or questions from those in attendance or submitted to the Board
Secretary.
4. Disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications, by the Board.
5. Consider a recommendation to the City Council to approve or deny Application. The
recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for consideration at a Public •
Hearing tentatively scheduled for October 18, 2022.

QUASI-JUDICIAL ITEMS
C. Rezoning Petition No. 22-006-R, requests to rezone 0.33± acres from Public Use to
Residential Single Family-One, located at the corner of SW 3rd Avenue and SW 23rd Street.
The proposed use is to list the parcel for sale. Lots 6 and 7 of Block 5, ROYAL OAK
ADDITION, Plat Book 1, Page 8, Okeechobee County Public Records - City Planning
Consultant (Exhibit 3).
1. Administer of Oath. Anyone intending to offer testimony on this Petition will be
required to take an oath, respond, and give your full name and address.
2. Review Planning Staff Report- recommending approval.
3. Hear from Staff on behalf of the City of Okeechobee.
4. Public comments or questions from those in attendance or submitted to the Board
Secretary.
5. Disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications', by the Board.
6. Consider a recommendation to the City Council to approve or deny Petition. The
. recommendation .will be forwarded to the City Council for consideration at Public
Hearings tentatively scheduled for October 4, 2022, and November 1, 2022.
D. Rezoning Petition No. 22-007-R, requests to rezone 0.65± acres from Residential Single
Family-One to Public Use, located at 1003 SW 3'd Avenue. The proposed use is to allow the
operation of a public museum. Lots 9 through 12 of Block 8, SOUTH OKEECHOBEE, Plat
Books 1 and 5, Pages 12 and 7, Okeechobee County Public Records - City Planning
Consultant (Exhibit 4).
