• To comply with City ordinances, property owners need to cut and trim back all

City Recommendation:
The City recommends a fine of$75.00 per day, to begin 21 days after the date of the Special
Magistrate Hearing on January 10, 2023, unless the propetty owner brings the property into
compliance on or before that date, plus a $50.00 administrative fee
