November 2, 2022 Code Officer Curl returned Mrs. Glorybee Corona call, and she
was advised on what needed to be done to bring the property
into compliance. She asked if there was any way for them to
keep the semis on the property, she was advised the only one
for them to remain on the property was for them to be parked
within an enclosed garage and she would need to obtain
permits to build the garage. She was also advised not to contact
any code officer via their personal social media or personal
phones that all contact should be made during business hours
on business phones or emails.
November 3, 2022 Code Officer Smith received an email from Mrs. Corona stating
that they are working on getting the semis moved and will
hopefully have that done by Saturday

Code Officer Curl was flagged down by Mr. Corona on the roadway, he asked if there was
a problem, I advised him that he had several semitrucks parked on residential property
again, and he stated that he was just servicing the semitrucks, I then reminded him of the
city ordinance of parking residential neighborhoods that he could not have any
semitrucks or commercial vehicles parked on residential property for more than one hour
in a 24-hour period. He rolled up his truck window and drove off.

trailers parked on the property.
