The County Canvassing Board must submit a completed Conduct of Election Report to the Division of Elections at the
same time that the board submits its certified official election results for any presidential preference primary,
general, primary, or special election, whichever is applicable.
On behalf of the county canvassing board, the Supervisor must submit the report via the SOE File Transfer Utility on
