southeast 1/4 and along the west line of said Airi Acres, a distance
of 239.99 feet; thence S 89'09'33" E, a distance of 30.00 feet,
thence S 00'11'00" W, a distance of 239.99 feet to the south line
of said northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 and the south line of
said Airi Acres; thence N 89°09'16" W, along said south line, a
distance of 30.00 feet of the point of beginning.
