NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the City of Okeechobee Board
of Adjustment(BOA)on November 17,2022, 6 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at City Hall, 55 SE 3ro Ave, Rm 200,
Okeechobee, FL,to consider and receive input to approve or deny Special Exception Use Petition No. 22-004-SE,submitted
by Thomas C. Close, President of 401 NW 3RD STREET, LLC, property owner. The public is invited to attend and be heard
on all matters.
Petition No.22-004-SE is a request to allow a personal service within a Commercial Professional Office(CPO)zoning district,
as provided in the Code of Ordinances, Section 90-223(2).
The property is located at 321 NW 4th Avenue. The proposed use is to allow the operation of one massage therapist office in
