Gary is still learning and after this year working with our budget I think he will have mastered Comments the balancing act of the community and the City Council. His communication skills, and problem solving ability has been an asset to the City. He has gained the respect of his peers and all the employees of the City of Okeechobee. He listens, a rarity these days, so that decisions are sound and thoroughly researched before presented to the Council.
