Gary has and will continue to be a great City Manager. His communication skills, and problem solving ability has
been an asset to the City. He has gained the respect of his peers and all the employees of the City of Okeechobee.
He listens, a rarity these days, so that decisions are sound and thoroughly researched before presented to the
Council.
