date one year for Ordinance No. 1224, adopting the Holding Property Rezoning Program
(Exhibit 3).
VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Economic Council Development Corporation update regarding the Okeechobee Junior
Leadership Skills Camp.
B. Motion to read by title only, approve the first reading, and set August 2, 2022 as the final public
hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1257 regarding Land Development Regulation Text
Amendment No. 22-002-TA, reducing the Application for Joinder Fee from $500 to $100
(Exhibit 4).
C. Motion to approve City of Okeechobee GASB 75 OPEB Engagement Letter (Exhibit 5).
