2022-07-05 Meeting Ad and NoticeV°F.°Ny°� REVISED PUBLIC NOTICE 0 97 CITY COUNCIL CAPITAL PROJECTS � BUDGET WORKSHOP & REGULAR MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Okeechobee will conduct a Capital Projects Budget Workshop and Regular Meeting on July 5, 2022, at 5 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at City Hall, 55 SE 3rd AVE, Rm 200, Okeechobee, FL. The purpose of the Capital Projects Budget Workshop is to discuss proposed High -Profile Projects to be considered in the 2022-23 Fiscal Year Budget. The public is invited to attend and be heard on all matters. In addition to general items of discussion and consideration, a Public Hearing will be conducted at 6 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible to consider adopting the following proposed ordinances, of which can be inspected in their entirety at https://www.cityofokeechobee.com/public-notice.html or in the City Clerk's Office during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays: • ORDINANCE NO. 1254: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA; AMENDING SECTION 90-633, HOME OCCUPATION WITHIN CHAPTER 90, LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
