A. Motion to read by title only and set December 7,2021 as a final public hearing date for proposed Ordinance
No. 1245, regarding Rezoning Petition No. 21-001-R submitted by Blue Springs Holdings, LLC, to rezone
from Holding, 16.8 acres to Heavy Commercial and 38.0 acres to Residential Multiple Family(Exhibit 5).
B. Presentation and update from Florida Department of Transportation District One regarding the Hwy 441
resurfacing project.
C. Motion to approve a proposal from Rep Services, Inc. in the amount of$32,762.92 for the purchase of park
furnishings for Cattlemen's Square Park(Exhibit 6).
D. Motion to approve the 2020-2021 End of Year Budget Amendments (Exhibit 7).
E. Discuss the cancellation of the Escribe Webcasting contract for live streaming (Exhibit 8).
F. Motion to move forward with the City Charter process (Exhibit 9).
