A. Read by title only, proposed Ordinance No. 1253 regarding a referendum on the November 8, 2022,
General Election Ballot adopting a new City Charter (Exhibit 2).
B. Continue discussion of the Motion on the floor made by Council Members Keefe and Jarriel to adopt
proposed Ordinance No. 1253.
VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Review and approve the 2021 Audited Financials prepared by Carr, Riggs & Ingram (Exhibit 3).
B. Motion to read by title only, approve the first reading, and set July 5, 2022, as the final public hearing
date for proposed Ordinance No. 1254 regarding LDR Text Amendment Application No. 22-001-TA for
home -based businesses (Exhibit 4).
C. Motion to read by title only, approve the first reading, and set July 5, 2022, as the final public hearing
date for proposed Ordinance No. 1258, extending the sunset date one year for Ordinance No. 1224,
adopting the Holding Property Rezoning Program (Exhibit 5).
