On motion of Oounc1lman Raifsnider, seconded by aounc,ilman Berka, and dulYl carried, Council agreed to furnish 100 ft. of ì inch pipe needed to lay water line < 1i across lifth Avenue to Jlr. Mashburn's residence, provided he furnishes 150 feet of pipe and pays the 'bappage fee. Applioation of .N. ,0. stewart fQr position of pound master was received.
