The public is invited to attend and be heard on all matters. In addition to general items of discussion and consideration, a Public Hearing will be conducted to consider adopting the following proposed ordinances, of which can be inspected in their entirety at www.cityofokeechobee.com/public-notice.html or in the City Clerk's Office during normal business hours, Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays: ORDINANCE NO. 1245: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, ORDINANCE NO.635 AS AMENDED, BY REVISING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP ON A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM COMMERCIAL TO MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, APPLICATION NO. 22-001-SSA; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION OF ORDINANCE AND REVISED FUTURE LAND USE MAP IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
