Mayor, Council, Attorney's, Department Heads & Supervisor's, so that everyone can mark their
calendars to save the date, we have confirmed that the Town Hall meeting will be held on Monday,
Jan. 24, 2022 at 6 PM, OFC auditorium.
We will forward the notice as soon as it's ready.
Chief/LT's, kindly go ahead and schedule to ensure proper security, as of right now they are not
aware of any other school functions happening during the evening, but that can change at the last
minute, as I'm made aware of them I'll forward.
David/Kay, kindly go ahead and schedule for public works to assist at 3 pm on this day with setting
up the facility, this is a regular school day so we cannot access the facility until the end of the school
day.
