Gary > the reason why , nonbudgeted item and things where taken out of the budget and will
have to do a budget amendment. For the next meeting
PRITIVE bap, will be incurring additional costs, before we do additional rehabilitations,
Questions on how long can we have the church setting with no repairs without have the budget
for this, we only current can do any thing with the budget amended, money is not in budget his
year but will be in it for next year, we like the fact we have the historical building, to make
discissions on spending the money on the church or other items needed to be done before this
DW> how was this not the budget/?
Need to be done and homeowners have been pat with the city,
DW> 8 months till the new budget
CH> that have been a continuous problem with the creek, and there's a canal.
DW any other questions
VOTE: Chandler Clark , Jarriel , Keefe , Watford Motion

D.
GARY RITTER t
DW questions contract with LaRue, no end date?
GR> no date
DW still have services until we terminate, only comment with the budget item, this will be
more than the budget
GR fortunate through the years LaRue has not raised their prices, which we will see o
If we go another firm and go back to the Laue this will hike their prices
