The purpose of the CCRAC is to gather facts and information based on deliberations and public input in order to make a recommendation to the City Council for possible amendments to the City's Charter. The Charter is essentially the City's constitution and outlines what authority is given to elected officials and staff as well as what services are to be provided to the residents. The public is invited to attend and be heard on all matters.
