The City Council of the City of Okeechobee, Florida met in regular session in ~ the Oity Hall at 8.00 o'clock P. M. and the following were present: J. D. "Bird, , i ..,.-' I Mayor, Don P. Johnston, President of Oouncil, Councilmen H. H. Hancock, Ben Walker, and H. L. Chandler with R. P. Fletcher Clerk, Lon stewart, Chief of Polic~, and ¡. L. C. Tootle, Water Superintendent in attendance. ¡' Duplicate returns of the City general election held December 4th, 192ð were received and canvassed by Oouncil, and upon motion by Oouncilman Chandler, seconded by Councilman Hancock, Council ordered said returns to be entered in the minutes: '" .
