Pursuant to advertisement in the Okeechobee News, a newspaper published in .,--.\ Okeeohobee, Florida, the City Council of the City of Okeeohobee, Flarida, met in . special session in the City Hall at 7.30 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of receiving and considering complaints of persons whose names had been erroneously stricken from the City regiàtration book §nd the following were present: J. D. Bird, Mayor, Don P. Johnston, President of City Council, Councilmen H. L. Chandler, H. H. Hancoc~ and Ben Walker with R. P. Fletcher, Clerk, L. C. Tootle, Water Superintendent, L. W. Jennings, City Attorney, and Lon Stewart, Chief of Police in attendande, Minutes of meetings held October 16th, October 23rd, October 26th, October 30th, October 31st and November 9th 1925 were read and approved. ~ No complaints having been recètved by Council, Councilman Chandler moved that. ~ action of Council in erasing and/or striking n~~es of electors from City registra- tion book be confirmed, motion seconded by Councilman Hancook and carried.
