Requests for the addition, deferral, or withdrawal of agenda items. B. Motion to adopt agenda. C. Public comments on any Consent Agenda item and/or participation for any issues not on the agenda requires an Agenda Item Form or a Comment Card. Citizen comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker unless otherwise approved by the Mayor. IV. NEW BUSINESS A. Presentation on the benefits of tobacco free parks (Exhibit 1). B. Motion to approve a contract with Open Edge a division of Global Payments to provide credit/debit card payment services and authorize the City Administrator to execute the contract (Exhibit 2). C. Motion to approve the millage rate for advertising the 2021 Tax Notices at 8.6018 for Fiscal Year 2021-22 (Exhibit 3). D. Motion to approve the budget calendar for Fiscal Year 2021-22 setting Workshops for July 27, 2021 at 5 PM, August 11, 2021 at 5 PM, and August 17, 2021 at 5 PM; First Budget Hearing for September 7, 2021 at 6 PM with the regular Council Meeting, and reschedule the regular Council to be held September 21, 2021, to the same date as the Final Budget Hearing for September 27, 2021 at 6 PM (Exhibit 4).
