A. Read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1225 regarding Small Scale Future Land Use Map
Amendment Application #21-002-SSA submitted by JKST Holdings, LLC, reclassifying Block 110, CITY
OF OKEECHOBEE from Commercial to Multi-Family Residential (Exhibit 1).
B. Read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1226 regarding Small Scale Future Land Use Map
Amendment Application #21-003-SSA submitted by Shaun Penrod, reclassifying Block 121, CITY OF
OKEECHOBEE from Commercial to Multi-Family Residential (Exhibit 2).
C. Adopt proposed Resolution No. 2021-02, providing for the Collection and Disposal Services of Residential
Solid Waste customers and establish a Preliminary Rate Assessment for services (Exhibit 3).
D. Adopt proposed Resolution No. 2021-03, providing for the Residential Solid Waste and Collection
Assessment for Fiscal Year 2021-22 (Exhibit 4).

A. Read by title only and set August 3, 2021 as a final Public Hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1227
regarding Rezoning Petition No. 21-002-R submitted by JKST Holdings, LLC, to rezone Block 110, CITY
OF OKEECHOBEE from Light Commercial to Residential Multiple Family (Exhibit 5).
B. Read by title only and set August 3, 2021, as a final Public Hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1228
regarding Rezoning Petition No. 21-003-R submitted by Shaun Penrod, to rezone Block 121, CITY OF
OKEECHOBEE from Residential Single Family-One to Residential Multiple Family (Exhibit 6).
C. Read by title only and set August 3, 2021, as a final Public Hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1229
amending and restating the Firefighters Pension Fund (Exhibit 7).
D. Adopt proposed Resolution No. 2021-04 providing for the Commercial Solid Waste and Collection Rates
for Fiscal Year 2021-22 (Exhibit 8).
E. Adopt proposed Resolution No. 2021-05 authorizing the execution of an FDOT Maintenance Agreement
for school zone warning signs (Exhibit 9).
F. Motion to approve Renewal of Public Risk Management Group Health Insurance (Exhibit 10).
