Discuss and consider a proclamation recognizing Gay Pride Month. B. Consider approval of an Addendum to the existing Interlocal Agreement with Okeechobee Utility Authority (Exhibit 1). C. Consider a request by the Okeechobee County Tax Collector to temporarily close NW 3rd Avenue between NW 4th Street and NW 5th Street during weekdays for the purpose of administering driver’s license road tests (Exhibit 2). D. Consideration of City Administrator Employment Agreement (Exhibit 3). E. Discuss and consider appointment changes to the Charter Review Advisory Committee membership (Exhibit 4). F.
