This project is being funded by a grant from Florida DEP and the city has a hard deadline that we must meet to receive reimbursement for the project from the state. We understand that the lead time on the separator is approximately 4 weeks and that the start of construction date may need to be adjusted due to receiving the separator. However, the final completion date for the project must remain the same. I discussed the status of issuing the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and contract with Patty Burnette this morning. At this point, the City is waiting on receiving your insurance documentation. We will issue the NTP and contract as soon as we receive the required insurance documents. We will also review the shop drawings for the separator as soon as we receive them.
