A. Motion to read proposed Ordinance No. 1223 by title only and set May 18, 2021 as a final public hearing
date regarding Land Development Regulation Amendment Application No. 21-001-TA (Exhibit 2).
B. Motion to read proposed Ordinance No. 1224 by title only and set May 18, 2021 as a final public hearing
date regarding Land Development Regulation Amendment Application No. 21 -002-TA (Exhibit 3).
C. Consider a Scope and Fee Proposal for the design of the Flag ler Park project by Calvin, Giordano &
Associates, Inc. (Exhibit 4).
D. Consider settlement of a Final Judgment entered in City of Okeechobee v. Marvin W. Brantley; Case No.
2004 CA 309 related to real property located at 1905 S. Parrott Avenue, Okeechobee, F lorida 34974.
E. Consider settlement proposal in the case of City of Okeechobee Florida v. Okeechobee Park Street, LLC,
Case No. 17-404, Walgreens parcel (Exhibit 5).
F. Consider Special Magistrate’s Recommendation against 311 NE 2nd Street owned by Bella Rose Day
Spa, Case No. 200312003 (Exhibit 6).
G. Approve fiscal year 2020-2021 budget adjustments (Exhibit 7).
