A. Motion to read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1222, amending Code Chapter 18, Code Enforcement
(Exhibit 1).
VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Review and approve the 2020 Audited Financials - Debbie Goode, Carr, Riggs & Ingram (Exhibit 2).
B. Consider settlement of a lien on 1206 SW 5th Avenue in the foreclosure case of City of Okeechobee v. Barbara Mills,
in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Okeechobee County Case NO. 47 2014 CA 000249,
(City Case No. 190215011) (Exhibit 3).
C. Presentation and discussion concerning code enforcement circuit court process (Exhibit 4).
D. Approve a 30-day extension for the Taylor Creek SE 8th Avenue Stormwater Conveyance Project PW 02-00-12-20.
E. Consider a landscape incentive program and suspension of building department commercial irrigation fees of $84.00
until August 31, 2021.
