H. Hancock with L. W. Jennings, City Attorney, Lon Stewart, Chief of Police, L. C.
Tootle, Water ,Superintendent and O. O. Davis in attendance.
City Clerk R. P. Fletcher being absent from the City, on motio~ o~ OQuncil-
man Chandler, seconded by Councilman Hancock, Council appminted O. O. Davis Deputy
City Clerk temporarily.
Minutes of meeting held July ¡7th, 1928 were read and approveQ.
A delegation appeared before Council for the discussion of Or~naqce.llll, ~
same being the milk and meat inspection ordinance of the City of Okeechobee.
