1. CALL TO ORDER POLICE BOARD MEETING: 7:55 PM by Dennis Davis.
2. Bill Bartlett moved to approve minutes from August 3, 2015 meeting without reading. Bettye Taylor seconded motion. Motion
passed.
3. Bill Bartlett moved to approve Treasury Report for 4th Quarter. Seconded by Bettye Taylor. Motion carried unanimously.
4. New Business: .
Bill Ba�lett moved to Approve impact Statement to be filed with Division of Retirement before the final public
hearing on the Ordinance Seconded by Bettye Taylor. Motion passed unanimously.
Bill Ba�lett moved to approve Approved Ordinance to be presented to City for Adoption. Seconded by Bettye
Taylor. Motion carried unanimously.
Bill Ba�lett made motion to approve Proposed Pension Board Meeting Dates as Presented by Christiansen/
Bettye Taylor seconded motion. Motion carried.
Bettye Taylor made motion to have representatives of received RFP for Pension Administration posi6on to be
present at special Pension Fund meeting on December 7, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Bill Bartlett seconded motion.
Motion passed.
Bettye Taylor made motion to approve and sign Revised Addendum to Custodial Service Agreement from Salem
Trust Company as presented by Chris6ansen & Dehner.
Bettye Taylor made mo6on to accept Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. Bill Ba�lett seconded motion.
Motion carried.
Scott Christiansen advised to have actual budget for fiscal year 2014/2015 done and ready for presentation at
the Special meeting. .
Scott Christiansen advised to have Form Letter #2 done and sent to the Okeechobee City Council. This will be
done by Janet McKinley of the OUA1General Board for all three boards.
