Dunham and President Hunt Welcomed the ~Boy Scouts to the Council meeting.
Bu ling Inspector Thomas appeared before th~ Council roegarding a building
permit for Bongiovanni. The Council instructed the Building Inspector to advise
Bongiovanni ~t he would have to abide by Ordinance and obtain sufficient permit for
construction building now~under construction. Also Mr. Thomas ~stated a request
from a owner to build a house on cie 50 foot lot. The ~ounCil"agreed that.

L. Herbert appeared before the Council requesting a framchise to move
house trailer= within city. Matter was taken into consideration and to be presented
to the Atto'. for legal opinion.

the Jail. .Th~ Council stated that the matter had been under c omsideration but
o~nCulsion ha. been agreed upon. In view of this Councilman Roe moved to increase
the compenaat for meals to $1.00 for this ~th with the Council continuing to
study matter , seconded by Councilman Gardner and carried,
Fir Chief Godwin stated the condition of fire hydrant North on State Road
#441. The Co~ advised Godwin 60 make a complete survey of hydrants and report
to Council.
Rog~ Jones, ~epresenting the trailer park owners discussed the matter of
trailers bein allowed to park all over town and requested the Council to take &~tion
to prevent au The CoUncil advised that they would endeavor to have a model Ordinance
controlling ti pa~king of trailers within the 'City at the next regular meeting of
the 'Council.
