City. Attorney Jennings reported that the Finance Committee, City Clerk and himself appeared before the County Commissioners on May 19th and presented the City's claim for money due from the County Road & Bridge Fund to the City, ~der the statute, and that they were advised by the CO~~i88ioners that the County re- cognized the obligation, and the County Clerk was requested as soon as possible to confer with the City Clerk in arriving at the amount due, and further that the County Engineer make estimate of cost of repairing bridge across Taylor's Creek; ~.. that the County would co-operat e with the Oi ty in making an equitable adj ustment at the earliest convenience. !~ Oouncilman Hancock moved that Clerk be authorized to draw voucher transferring $520.00 iron I&S 1926 Bond Fund '27 to Sewer Bond Fund #24, motion seconded by Oo-..¡¡1.cilman Chandler and carried. Councilman lohnston moved that Council declare offices of Building Inspeotor, Plumbing Inspector è41d Electrical Inspector vacant effective July 1st, 1928, and that Council appoint L. O. Denham Bird, Mayor, Isaiah Casey, President of City Council, Councilmen Don P. Johnston, H. L. Chandler, Ben Walker and H. H. Hancock with R. P. Fletcher, Clerk, L. C. Tootle, Water Superintendent, L. W. Jennings, City Attorney and Lon stewart, Chief o~ Police in attendance. Minutes of meeting held June 7th, 1928 were read and approved. Mr. H. H.
