The school board does have a PA system for the auditorium, all:hough they have a limited number of microphones. Please advise, what if any type of equipment would also be needed to be set up as we'd need to coordinate with the school board staff. The City is hosting its semi-annual Town Hall Meeting on Mar 22, 2021, 6 PM At OFC Auditorium. The Town Hall meeting will begin with a quick update on curren�t projects and developments within the City from City Administrator Montes De Oca. Then the City Attorney will provide a brief update on the citizen �Charter Review Advisory Committee's progress on recommendations for amendments to the City Charter and the importance of the City Charter. Next will be a time for anyone in the audience to ask questions ��f the Mayor, Council and Department Heads. (this should all take approximately 30-minutes, but could take up to 1-hour based on audience questions). The second part of the Town Hall Meeting is to conduct a Candidate Forum for the City Special Election (May 4, 2021). There are 4 candidates running for one at-large city council mernber seat. The layout is to provide each candidate a 3-5 min opening/introciuction statement; respond to questions submitted by the audience, screened by a volunteer ��anel that's being created by the City Administrator; and then a 2-3 minute closing statement. The moderator has not been chosen at this time, the City Admir�istrator is working on that task. (this should take approximately 1-hour to 1.5-hours, depenc�ing on the number of questions by the audience). Would it be easier to do the live broadcast for the entire meetinc� or just the candidate forum? Can you provide costs breakdowns for both individually and all together?
