Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-69, issued by the Office of Governor Ron DeSantis on March 20, 2020, and extended by Executive Order
No. 20-246, effective September 30, 2020, municipalities may conduct meetings of their governing boards without having a quorum of its
members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology (CMT) such as telephoni c or video
conferencing, as provided by Section 120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes.

A. If you wish to address the City Council with your public comments, complete and submit a comment card.
You may also submit written comments without addressing the City Council. Citizen comments are limited
to three minutes per speaker unless otherwise approved by the Mayor.

matter considered at this proceeding, such interested person will need a record of the proceeding, and for suc h purpose may need to ensure
a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. City
