Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-69, issued by the Office of Governor Ron DeSantis on March 20, 2020, and extended by Executive Order
No. 20-246, effective September 30, 2020, municipalities may conduct meetings of their governing boards without having a quorum of its
members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology (CMT) such as telephoni c or video
conferencing, as provided by Section 120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes.

V. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approval of Minutes – October 6, 2020 and October 20, 2020
B. Ratify the reappointment of Ryan Holroyd as the Fifth Trustee to the Police Officers’ Pension Fund Board, term
being October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2024.
VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Read by title only and set December 1, 2020 as a final public hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1220
regarding Abandonment of Right-of-Way Petition No. 20-002-SC (Exhibit 1).
B. Approval authorizing the purchase of a software upgrade to the Police Department Spillman System in the amount
of $19,925.00 for the purpose of providing Uniform Crime Report Data required by the State of Florida (Exhibit 2).
C. Code Enforcement Status Report regarding Kemp Properties of Okeechobee located at 909 S. Parrott Avenue.
D. Consider a recommendation from the Special Magistrate to proceed with foreclosure regarding property located at
102 SW 14th Street, South Florida Barbeque of Okeechobee, Inc.
E. Discuss the future direction of the City Code Enforcement Division.
F. Approval of Committee Ranking of RFQ #ADM 03-32-09-20, Professional Landscape Architect Services
(Exhibit 3).
G. Discuss FDOT Improvements to Highway 70 East.
H. Discuss annual and sick leave payout for Fire Department employees.
