ORDER: The City of Okeechobee Code Enforcement Special Magistrate has determined you have violated the Code of Ordinances Ch 30 Section 30-43 and Section 30-44 concerning your property located at 911 Northwest I Ith Street, Okeechobee, Fl. If you do not correct the violation 10 days after proper notification, or notify the Code Enforcement Officer of the correction, the Magistrate imposes a fine of $ 250.00 per day, Also a onetime fee of 50.00 for administrative fees, commencing that date and continuing daily until the violation is corrected or the city is notified by you and verifies the correction, which ever first occurs.
