Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-69, issued by the Office of Governor Ron DeSantis on March 20, 2020, and extended by
Executive Order No. 20-246, effective September 30, 2020, municipalities may conduct meetings of their governing boards without
having a quorum of its members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology
(CMT) such as telephonic or video conferencing, as provided by Section 120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes.

VI. PUBLIC HEARING FOR FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE
A. Read by title only and set November 17, 2020 as a final public hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1218
regarding LDR Text Amendment Application No. 20-001-TA (Exhibit 3).

regarding LDR Text Amendment Application No. 20-002-TA (Exhibit 4).
B. Adopt proposed Resolution No. 2020-18, creating the Flagler Park Improvements Citizen Board (Exhibit 5).
C. Consideration of appointment of Wes Abney as Ex Officio Member to the Charter Review Committee.
D. Consideration of City of Okeechobee/Okeechobee County Fire Services Interlocal Agreement (Exhibit 6).
