Oouncil~ Hancock moved that owner of Park Theater and owner, of buildin
in which same i8~:\ooated be notified to have said building rebuilt to comply with ,J
the State law govtrning construction of theaters and that wiring be done to con-
farm to the regulàtions of the National Board of Fire Underwriters before re-
opening said thea1er, motion seconded by Councilman Chandler and passed.
Upon motion of Councilman Casey,nsèoonded by Councilman Hanoock, Council
authorized Chief Of Police to purchase 4 garbage cans.
Mr. r. t. Lawrence addressed Council in regard to his service. as City
