I M4yor Bird stated that meeting of Council had been called for the purpose
of ~onsiderfng matter of right-of-way for extension of First Street in South Okee-
ohobee thr°'t8h land owned by Mr. w. H. Phillips.

taxes and p~ing lien paid by him on the following desòribed land: Begin 104, ft.
