at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on the above date and the following were present: H. H.

l with R. P. Fletcher, Clerk; L. W. Jennings, City Attorney; W. W. Hatcher, Architect;

called for the purpose of inspecting the City Hall. "

Minute~'of meeting held Dec. 21st were read and approved.
On motion by Councilman Bird, seconded by Councilman Bass, Council
authorized Clerk to' draw voucher for $300.00 in favor of W. G. Stovall as final pay

ment on park impro~ments. .
On motipn by Councilman Bass, seconded by Councdllmail Bird, Council
approved final esti~ate of C. A. Steed & Sons for park improvements contract.
I The Council then adjourned to the City Hall for the purpose of inspeot-
