The City Oounoil of the City of Okeeohobee met in,regu11r session at 7.30
o'clock p. m. on the above date and the following members were present: H~ H. De-. :
Yarman, President of Council, Councilmen H. H. Hanoock, H. T. Bass, J. D~ Bird and
L. F. Scbarfschwerdt with R. P. Fletoher, Clerk and L. W. Jennings, City Attorney in
attendance.

Minutes of meeting held September 21st were read and approved.
1Ir. Bradford appeared before Oounoil relative to the extension of water main
to his residence.
The Clerk was instructed to render bill to J. G. McNeff for lowering water

main on Parrott Avèue.
1Ir. J. B. WilSOn, Jr. appeared before Council and presented petition requesting II
Council to have IO~h side of South Park Street paved between Osceola and Hiopoohee
Streets. Action on the matter was defered until it can be determined whether City ,)
has funds available for this work.
. Mr. G. A. :Rog8rsappeared before Council and requested Council to contribute
$300.00 to the Chadber of Commerce.
Councilman Bi»d moved that Council 19~t:l'btß'i:)¡!t 8300.00 to the Chamber of
Oo.merce, said amo~t to be paid out of Publioity fund, motion seconded by Oounoil-
man Scharfsohwerdtand passed.
