Messrs. W. J., Conners and R. Y. Patterson appeared before the Council and
¡þiscussed wit) Council the ma,tter 'Of paving Tenth Avenue and location for City Hall.

i: Mr. Conners agreed to furnish City the money to pave Tenth Avenue and he to
þay one-third of the cost of paving and City to rss*t iliens against abutting propert
