' I Mayor Comely stated that the Council had met for the purpose of considering ¡þertain improvements on Tenth Avenue. !i Messrs. W. J., Conners and R. Y. Patterson appeared before the Council and ¡þiscussed wit) Council the ma,tter 'Of paving Tenth Avenue and location for City Hall. il Ii i: Mr. Conners agreed to furnish City the money to pave Tenth Avenue and he to þay one-third of the cost of paving and City to rss*t iliens against abutting propert !, :~o reimburse him for the remaining two-thirds of cost.
