MeseTs. W. J. Conners and R. Y. Patterson appeared before the Council and iscussed wit) Council the matter of paving Tenth Avenue and location for City Hall. Mr. Conners agreed to furnish City the money to pave Tenth Avenue and he to ay one-third of the cost of paving and City to ïss*ë : liens against abutting propert ¡wo reimburse him for the remaining two-thirds of cost.
