SECTIOI1. Section 2 of ordinance no.62 of the ordinances of the City of
keechobee,Flor1da, e and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2.---It sha be the duty of the Chief of Police, Marshall, or other police
fficer, or impoundi~ officer of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, to drive or cause

amed in section 1 0 this ordinance, and to be held at the expense of the owner or
of the same f at least five (5) days.
