President of City Oolmcil, Councilman, H.H.Hanoock, H.T.Bass, and L.F.Scharfschwerdt,
with R.P.Fletcherj OJ-erk, L.W.Jennings, City Attorney, F.E.Lawrence, City Engin~er,

Mayor Conely stated that meeting had been called for the purpose of reeiv- ¡

ing and considering bids for municipal improvements in the City of Okeechobee.
Sealed bid' were received and onened fróm the following: The Bowyer Company

Motion was made by Councilman Bass, seconded by Councilman Hancock that
