Mr. Humphreys requested the Council to extend the sewer line from First street i I to a point oposite Mrs. McLenna's boarding house 04 Parrott Avenue. Upon motior. by Councilman Bass, seconded by Councilr:.an Bird the City Engineer was instructed to take up with the Florida East Coast Railway Company the matter of rylacing l~rger culverts under its tracks on Seventh street. ORDINANCE no. 95 ¡/ AN ORDInANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE AN AUTOMOBILE WHILE UNDER THE IN- - FDUENCE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS; DEFINING WHAT IS UNDER THE I1Ht"'LUENCE OF INTOXICAT- ING LIQUORS AND PROVIDING PUNISHMENT FOR TH~ VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAIIŒD BY THE 1~YOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA. Section 1.
