The City Council met in regular session at 7.45 o'clock p. m. on the above date and the following were present: T. W. Conely, Jr., Mayor, H. H. DeYarman, President of City Council, Gouncilmen: H. T. ORDINANCE lIO. 95 / AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE AN AUTOMOBILE VfHILE UNDER THE IN- - FtrnENCE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS; DEFINING WHAT IS UNDER THE IN~"LUENCE OF INTOXICAT- ING LIQUORS AND PROVIDING PUNISHMENT FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA. Section l.
