President Wa]J ier, councilmen Chandler, _Gardner and Harden with G. C, Durrance, City
Attorney and .cress Spivey, City Clerk.
Amm n Mc Clellan offered 6 tables and benches built according to State
speoification~ to be placed in the Pa~k west of Ps, reft Avenue provided that City
would furmish t~aah cans and the State provide directional signs. The COuncil felt
this te be a er~ useful donation and. expressed their thanks to M~. ~c Clellan and
upon merles Councilman Gardner,. seconded by Councilman Chandler end ea~ried, the
