A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
CIVIL PENALTIES FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Okeechobee, Florida, as follows:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 17.83 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Okeechobee the
following schedule of civil penalties for
parking violations occurring within the city
of Okeechobee shall be:

SECTION TWO: This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Okeechobee, Florida, in regular session, this 4th day of
