1989-11 Utility EasementU n •jU 1475 RESOLUTION NO. 89-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA FORMALLY ACCEPTING A DEDICATION OF EASEMENT FROM HERITAGE PLACE, INC., PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, by dedication dated October 31, 1989, the development known as Heritage Place, Inc. has conveyed to the City of Okeechobee an easement ten feet in width over all water and sewer lines within the development, and outside the development to the City's force mains, as well as conveying complete ownership of said lines, and WHEREAS, the City of Okeechobee will hereafter operate and maintain said lines from time to time as part of the water and sewer distribution system; THEREFORE, by majority vote of the city council t7e dedication of October 31, 1989 by Heritage Place, Inc. is formal; accepted by the City, its successors or assigns, for th.;,�rzeti+; and use of the public.
