Attorney Dur~ance presented an Engineering Service Agreement from Reynolds,
~mith & Hills of Jacksonville, relating to a natural gas line survey. After discussion
an4 upon recommendaticma of Attorney, Councilman Gardner moved to accept proposal of
natural gas line contact submitted by Reynolds, Smith & Hills ,and to remit
for survey, seconded b~ Councilman Harden and c'arrted.
The subject ef the erection of a community recreation center being sponsored
by the Lions Club was discusses and the Council agreed to oorporate with the Lions Club
im the proposed plans as far as legally possible.
Repairs on ~e police car' was discussed. The Council decided that it would
be to the City's best advantage to purchase a new car and the Clerk wasinstructed tm
