Attorney Durrance was req~ested to in~esttgate matter and report at next regular meeting. Acting Presid~t Roe announced the Cozmcil would receive ~d consider objection to the valuation as fixed ons aid Roll by the City Tax Assessor. No objections were received. Upon motion ~ Co~cil Watford moved that the City Tax Assessment Roll for t he year 1954 as prepared by the Ci~ Tax Assessor be accepted~ seconded by Councilman Co~ r and car::.~ied.
